How to Order:
- Email sales@blox.co.nz to receive a quote or for any enquiries. Choose the colours you would like to use in your design. Pantone colours are preferred, but you are welcome to send a colour sample if you desire an exact match (colour may vary depending on fabric) and no pantone colour is available.
- Phone us to receive official sizing samples. Samples must be returned, unused, within 30 days.
- Complete the order form specifying sizes, quantities, Lycra® colour and zipper length. Incomplete order forms may delay your order.
- Assemble your camera-ready artwork and logos. Logos and artwork must be camera-ready images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi or PC formatted Adobe Illustrator or Macro Media Freehand vector art files. Please submit electronic files via PC formatted CD-ROM. Faxed and Internet logos are not acceptable. Artwork, file conversions and logo modifications will be billed at the rate of $60 per hour.
- Send us a 50% deposit along with your signed acceptance form (last page of your quote) and your artwork. Design work on your order will begin after we receive your deposit. Make cheques payable to Blox Apparel Limited or you can pay directly into our bank account 031351-0508812-00. Please use your business name or club name as a reference.
- We will send you a colour fabric proof of the final artwork within 10 days of receiving your deposit and materials. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the final colour proof. Please note that any additional changes to the design may delay your order.
- Sign and return the colour fabric proof and we will begin the production of your order. Your order will be delivered 4 weeks after we receive your signed final approval. Please confirm the exact sizing breakdown and order quantities along with your final approval. Once you sign the final proof, no further changes can be made to your order.
- When your order is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to arrange final payment.

Artwork:
- All logos to be used with your order must be submitted in EPS vector format. Logos that are not vector format (ie., JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or PSD files) that are supplied to us will incur additional art charges. Logos may be submitted electronically via email to design@blox.co.nz (provided the file size does not exceed 10MB). Please make reference to your company or team name in the subject line. Alternatively you can post us a disk to Blox Apparel, PO Box 9334, Addington, Christchurch, New Zealand. Faxed logos or images copied from the Internet are not acceptable.
- Please save vector artwork files in PC EPS format in Freehand 9.0, CDR 12 or Adobe Illustrator.
- Pantone numbers are preferred when specifying colours, but you are welcome to send a colour sample if you desire an exact match and no pantone colour is available. Colour matching may require additional delivery time for your order. Please note that colours that appear on your screen may look very different when printed on fabric. In order to determine an exact colour, you may find access to a Pantone colour chart at a local printer (Kinko’s, Alpha Graphics etc).
- Orders of 15 or more items receive two hours of design free. Orders of fewer than 10 items will be charged design at the rate of $60 per hour. There is a set up fee of $100 per garment type (e.g. short sleeve shirts).
